Confirm order and Shipping status
An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is shipped. After you receive your order confirmation, you may be sent a tracking email if your item is assigned one from the supplier (please allow 1-4 days for this). However, some items do not come with a tracking code and you will not receive a shipping email - please do not worry though, your order has been processed and will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Otherwise, we will only contact you if there is an issue or discrepancy with your order. Or you can contact us via email.
Remember it is normal if you can not track your order right after you receive it. Please allow 24-48 hours late for your tracking details to update. Check your spam folder or Subscribe to our Newsletter to make sure we are able to contact you!
Standard Delivery
Because we ship to multiple countries internationally, our shipping times vary from location to location. You can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 7-12 business days on average.
We surveyed 2500 participants asking whether they would prefer to pay more for products/shipping or wait a little longer for their items when they can get them at such a competitive price. Overwhelmingly, 83% of respondents answered "prefer to pay less and wait a little longer" for their order and it was concluded that we would offer the best prices possible on our dice, and sacrifice on the week or under shipping. Expedited Delivery
Need your order fast? We offer VIP shipping which takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends).
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
